Ozark Valley Lodge - Branson

I had a blast at Ozark Valley Inn, especially on my food foray! The breakfast spread was basic but had killer biscuits and gravy that warmed the soul. The room, Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Ground Floor, was comfy and tidy, and the lady managing the place was super cheerful.

The dining options leave a lot to be desired. The office closing early at 7 PM made it tricky to get help, and we had to rush back from Silver Dollar City, unsure if we'd get in. It felt a tad sketchy with only four other cars in the lot at that hour!

no shampoo; outdated bedspreads-the newer way of using washable coverlets seems nicer; pillows seemed old and flat

Hair in bathtub had to clean it out so my kid could take a bath.

Wonderful and little hotel, our stay was great.

Everything was GREAT with bright and impressive rooms. It was reasonably priced. Coffee, milk, cereals, yogurt and hardboiled eggs provided for breakfast was great. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, shopping and attractions, Branson and the center of the rooms.

Close to Branson strip on a side highway but not in the middle of the traffic right on the strip.

Air conditioners didn't work and beds were hard. Didn't get a king bed the second nights stay.

all the staff was very pleasant and incredibly nice and greeted us warmly. we got a room with a bathtub.

The hotel staff was very rude.

I loved the spaciousness of our room, really comfy! But we did have some issues with cleanliness. The bathroom could definitely use a deep clean 🤨

Convenient location and economically priced.

It was a very hot day when we arrived and no one had thought to turn on our room A.C. The room was very hot and did not begin to cool down until later in the evening.

The location was great and easy to access attractions. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with nice soft towels and a decent shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, nice for early check-in, a huge help. I appreciated having a small fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast options were limited and could definitely use improvement. The breakfast area was a bit unorganized, and I found the selection to be basic. It was served later than expected, a bit inconvenient. The lack of an ice machine was disappointing as well. I had a positive experience, but I think a better breakfast and some additional amenities would enhance the stay.

It was on a main road but not too close to the main shows which made it easy out-easy in when dealing with traffic. It was close to resturants. Tney also had a nice breakfast hot scambled eggs, sausage gravy and buiscuts - my wife's favorite breakfast. The staff was very freindly.

The spacious and very clean room had lovely decor. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were always ready to help with directions to local attractions.

More senior-friendly seating in public areas.

The new owners have make improvements that are great and the friendliness of the staff was great. Looking forward to returning again next year.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with obtaiing show tickets to Branson shows.

I wish the hot breakfast had either bacon or sausage.
